Products first, craft throughout.
Most of our time goes into our own products. The rest goes into the cloud engineering behind them and a small number of client projects where our experience genuinely helps.
01Products
Software for the work between the apps.
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace do the big things well. The small things, such as consistent email signatures or covering someone's out of office, are often left to each person to remember.
That is where our products live. They connect to your directory with the least access they need, do one job properly, and keep doing it without anyone having to think about it.
Each one is sold by subscription, hosted by us in the EU and supported by the people who built it.
02Cloud engineering
Secure by design, not by audit.
We run our own products on Microsoft Azure, and we build the hosting with the same care as the software.
- Hub and spoke networks, with nothing reachable except through Azure Front Door and its web application firewall.
- Outbound traffic through a firewall that only allows the services each application needs.
- A Key Vault and a managed identity per application, so no passwords sit in code or in build pipelines.
- Everything described as code in Bicep, reviewed and deployed the same way every time.
If your organisation wants the same for its own applications, we are happy to talk it through.
03Bespoke builds
For the right project.
We take on a small amount of client work each year, where it fits what we know best.
That usually means web applications in .NET, Node.js and React backed by SQL Server or Azure SQL, integrations with Microsoft Graph, Entra ID and Google Workspace, or moving older systems on to modern, secure cloud hosting.
We prefer clear scopes, regular working demos and code you own outright at the end.
04How a project runs
Four steps, no mystery.
Listen
A short call to understand the problem, the people involved and what good looks like.
Shape
A written proposal with scope, timeline and a fixed or capped price, in plain English.
Build
Short cycles with a working version to try every week or two, so nothing is a surprise.
Hand over
Documentation, the code and the infrastructure in your name, plus support if you want it.
