About these terms

These terms of use apply to swyftsoft.com, the website of Swyft Software Ltd, a company registered in Ireland with its registered office at 77 Lower Camden Street, Dublin 2, D02 XE80, Ireland ("Swyft Software", "we", "us"). By using this website you agree to them.

Our products have their own terms, which apply when you sign up for them, for example the Swyft Signature terms of business. Nothing on this website forms a contract to supply a product or service.

Using this website

You may browse this website, and share links to it, for any lawful purpose. Please do not:

  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our servers or any connected system;
  • interfere with the website's security, including the contact form's spam protection;
  • send automated or bulk messages through the contact form;
  • copy large parts of the website, or use it to train artificial intelligence models, without our written permission;
  • use the website in a way that breaks the law or harms anyone else.

If you find a security weakness, please report it as described on our trust page rather than testing it further.

Intellectual property

The Swyft Software name, logo, the SS monogram and our product names, together with the design, text and images on this website, belong to Swyft Software Ltd or our licensors. You may not use them without our written permission, except to refer to us or our products accurately.

Accuracy

We work to keep this website accurate and up to date, but the content is general information, not professional advice, and may change without notice. Product details on this website are summaries; each product's own website and terms are what count.

This website links to our product websites and to other sites we think are useful. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of websites we do not run.

Availability

We aim to keep the website available at all times, but we do not guarantee it, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Irish law.

Otherwise, the website is provided free of charge and as it is, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, or from relying on its content, including loss of profit, business or data.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy and cookies policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and the version on the website when you use it applies.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, although if you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU you keep any protection the law of your country gives you.
