Every email your organisation sends, signed properly.

Swyft Signature designs, manages and applies email signatures for whole organisations on Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Exchange Server. One template, filled in from your directory, on every message, on every device.

  • Signatures filled in from Microsoft Entra ID or the Google Workspace directory, kept in step every night.
  • Rules by department, group or person, with campaign banners that start and stop on their own.
  • An Outlook add-in, Gmail signature sync and a connector for Exchange Server.

Modern practice management for Irish GPs.

Swyft Practice brings the diary, clinical notes, prescribing, correspondence and practice accounts into one web-based system built for general practice in Ireland, with a portal for patients and apps for staff and patients.

Swyft Verify

Know who is really on the other end of the phone.

Swyft Verify stops a caller pretending to be a colleague. The person calling signs in with their Microsoft work account and reads out a one-time code; the person answering enters it and sees exactly who it belongs to, straight from your directory.

  • Sign-in with Microsoft Entra ID, so only your own staff can make or check a code.
  • Each code works once and expires after five minutes.
  • Shows the caller’s name, photo, job title and department from the directory.

Swyft Stats

The numbers your admin centre leaves out.

Swyft Stats is a family of reporting dashboards for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. It gathers the figures administrators keep being asked for, keeps the history, and turns it into clear tables, charts and Excel reports.

  • Mailbox statistics for Exchange Online: sizes, item counts and email age, built for 10,000 mailboxes and more.
  • OneDrive and Google Drive storage, with breakdowns by user, file type and folder, and files shared in from outside.
  • Microsoft Entra enterprise apps and app registrations, with secrets and certificates flagged before they expire.

Our products ask for the smallest set of permissions that does the job, and say plainly what each one is for. Swyft Signature never reads anyone's mail.

Your data stays in the EU

Applications run in Azure West Europe and databases in Germany West Central, behind private networks, encrypted in transit and at rest.

Built on infrastructure held to ISO 27001 and SOC 2.

Our products run on Microsoft Azure, with Cloudflare for DNS and bot protection. Both are independently audited against ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2, and we build on their certified services in line with those controls.

To be precise: those certifications belong to Microsoft and Cloudflare. Swyft Software is not itself certified, and we will never claim otherwise.
